quickest and most affordable way to manage the conflict between
development and capacity limitations.
Companies will demand green construction because of the cost savings
created through efficient buildings and large companies in
particular will wish to demonstrate environmentally sound judgment.
Developers, large and small, will demand green construction because
consumers will demand efficient buildings that enable them to save
money and reduce their carbon foot-print.
